XYTO Privacy Policy

Last updated: 25 April 2018

This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use and disclosure of Personal Information we receive from users of the XYTO Apps for IOS, Android, Windows and Apple Mac devices and this website.

We treat the privacy of any personal information you send us very seriously. All apps produced by us do not store nor send any personal information out to any third parties for whatever reason. Score results which are stored on devices are device based and are in no way personally connected to the user or owner of the device used to run the Xtyo app.

We believe that the only time you should be sending out personal data to the XYTO website is when you are using a form to contact us about specific information related to the use of our Apps or the website or when making purchases through our shopping cart and merchant banking system. Any information you send us will be used strictly for contact purposes or for the purposes of completing a purchase transaction aprt from that we would never disclose any information of a private nature to any parties outside of XYTO.

In the case of purchase payments made through Google Play, Apple iTunes or any other ecommerce and merchant banking facility used to obtain a paid version of our apps etc. the information which you provide them and which they collect will be strictly a matter between you (or your representative) and the merchantiser. XYTO's developing company will receive from such outlets however a transaction receipt for accounting purposes with only relevant contact details about the payee but we do not receive any debit/credit card information.

In our own commitment to user information we use e-commerce and payment gateways that are reputable and which are trustworthy and who have a high standard of security.

The exception is that users can voluntarily submit using, the XYTO app, their score results. In this situation we request a unique identifier (ie. an alias which users themselves create at submission time) which will then connect the score result with a name of their choosing. Under such circumstances we make it clear in the app itself and on our website that users never submit a name etc. that personally identifies them.

Information Collection And Use

Any information received by us from users via our contact forms etc. with suggestions or questions related to the apps or the XYTO.digital website will be used specifically to communicate directly with the person who submitted the request.
